This is the only place I will take my car. The most honest place to take your car. If it doesn't need work they let you know and don't try to sell you something you don't need. I tell everyone to go here. Love you guys Thank you for being honest and caring. It is too rare these days.

Sometimes I think the prices are way too high...and I have had repairs up to $1000. But there is so much more than price with Tuffy and their Mechanics. They always make sure the job is done right and if there is a problem, they always correct it at no charge. They have always treated me with respect and have been "honest" in their dealings with me. They are friendly and accommodating and have always provided me with professional service...taking excellent care of my cars. Even when I moved to another town, I continue to go to Tuffy on Commercial Highway in Spring Hill. They are the Best!

This is the honest to god truth I live in the Boston area and I was told by Jiffy Lube that I needed a complete brake job. Being in a rush to get down to Florida for my daughter' graduation I purchase all parts and drove down to Florida. I figured I would have the parts installed when I arrived in Florida. I went to Tuffy's and asked for them to install my brake parts . Turned out I didn't need any parts replaced that my brakes was fine just needed to be adjusted. Tuffy's saved me over $250.00 . I returned the parts that I purchased because Jiffy Lube told me I needed. Tuffy's are honest and I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for an honest repair shop. Of course I wish the had a place up in my area in Boston because I would use them before anybody else. Thank you Tuffy's for your honesty..

This is a REAL REVIEW, it's not a pretend review. The mechanics in there are very good and honest mechanics. They are talented and know what they're doing, in other words, very professional. I came in expecting to use a mailed out coupon and an email coupon for an extra 5 bucks off and they ended up honoring that, though they said next in the future I am only allowed to use one. You can't beat their service anywhere or the prices.

The new manager is great. I thought I needed brakes and was prepared to spend $300 dollars. After inspection, they showed me that my brakes were fine and that I only needed an adjustment. I was only charged $20. I will be back.

These guys are amazing. I went there today in a TOTAL panic after shopping across the street and coming out of the store to find what I later found out was a skid plate hanging on the ground. I had no idea what it was or what to do about it...and the person who helped me at Tuffy was wonderful. He got me calmed down, assured me that they could help me out and get me back on the road...and that they did. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!

Julie welcomed me as I was walking in and we got right to what I needed. I had a flat that couldn't be fixed so she ordered a new tire that would match as close to what I had on my truck, which was Kelly tire. She said it would be there around 3:00 pm and it was. I got the call and finished in no time at all. She is very capable and made my experience very good.

I have just got my transmission put in by tuffy in spring hill. My van was running great after and about a week later my battery (that I bought new 4 months ago) died. I got my van jumped then brought it into tuffy in spring hill. The amazing front desk worker (Julie) not only got me a new battery but she called the NAPA auto parts store in palm harbor where I bought the battery from and insisted that I get a new battery under warranty. I picked up my van running like normal, free of charge and I couldnt be any happier with Julie's service.

We have been going to these guys for a long time now very good service since we don't have my brother living by us to do our auto maintenance we need people who won't rip us off every chance they get these guys let you know what you need and tell you what can wait our cars are paid off and we want to do what we can to make them last thank you for taking the time to explain stuff to us by the way Kyrsten says hello my daughter loves you guys also lol

They know more about your car than you do. Especially if youv'e been there before, and politely remind you to address a critical issue noticed before. Will not take my vehicle to anywhere else. Reliable service, and you know it's done correctly. The prices for repairs are not shocking or need to be pondered, their appropriate for the situation.

I was referred to Tuffy in Spring Hill, FL by a good friend who has all his classic Cadillacs serviced there. I must say, I was most pleased with Dale's professionalism (Service Manager) when it came to fixing the AC system on my 1985 Cadillac Eldorado. He assessed what I needed, provided a detailed estimate for me to look over before commencing the work. My AC has never worked better! As a past president and lifetime member of the National Cadillac LaSalle Club of America, I must say that my service experience was second to none and I highly recommend Tuffy for all your car repair needs. I'll be back for sure in the future. Please patronize this location as they are wonderful people.

The new management is the way a shop should be. They listen to your problem, explain it, and don't try to add or pressure you into another "need to do it now" repair. But, when it's on the lift and they spot something wrong, they will advise you and show you the concern. Keep it up guys, good job!
